Healthfirst Africa Initiative (HAI)

The Nutrition and Lifestyle Department of Healthfirst Africa Initiative (HAI) is dedicated to promoting healthy living, disease prevention, and improved well-being through nutrition education, lifestyle advocacy, and community engagement.

The department recognizes that good health begins with healthy choices. Through awareness campaigns, educational programs, community outreaches, webinars, and advocacy initiatives, we empower individuals and communities with the knowledge and skills needed to adopt healthier lifestyles and make informed nutrition decisions.

Our key focus areas include:
